You know when you visit friends in August and take a picture of the group to remember it and then you dont remember you are the only one with the photo and no one has seen it yet and its almost November? That happened.
Better yet you know when you have months of photos on your camera and you dont import them until you’ve maximized your memory card and then you find lots of things you forgot about. That also happened.
We visited friends in August and just yesterday I imported my camera, finding this lovely picture of our friends.

Is It Friday already? Awesome.
Fact #2: In elementary school I lied at the eye doctor because I wanted glasses.
Who the heck WANTS glasses? I did. I was having a little trouble seeing (truth), so I told my mom. We went to the eye doctor for a check up and the doctor totally caught me exaggerating (ok, lying) about my sight and then told my mom. BUSTED. But I ended up needing them anyway (astigmatism). I didn’t even need to lie. I got glasses and proudly wore them for a year or two. Then at Great America, someone lost them. No one remembers who had them last. I went to a new eye doctor, who was all, “yeah, she doesn’t need glasses.” So I never got a new pair. But then in high school, I felt like my vision was getting bad, so I went to yet another eye doctor who concluded I could use some glasses. (No lying this time!) I’ve been wearing them ever since.
Fact #1: When I was little, I used to think the moon followed me.
What? That isn’t true?
Every parent tells their daughter that they are the most beautiful girl in the world. (no? just mine?) And until a certain age, children believe their parents. So, naturally, for a while I believed that I was at least one of the most beautiful little girls in the whole wide world (after all my parents don’t actually know every girl in the world so they couldn’t be positive).
AND, the moon/gravity/space is kind of a confusing subject for a child. The moon is everywhere you go! You’re driving down the road, turn a corner, think you lost him (yes, the moon is a him) but NOPE! He’s just on the other side of the car. Everywhere. You. Go.
Put two and two together,
and it only makes sense that the moon follows the most beautiful girl in the world.
There you have it.
Ya’ll you have no idea how hard it is to narrow these puppies down!
Here are just of few of the many Post-Ceremony Pictures from our Wedding!
